When I use the phrase “Energetic Reset,” I’m not just talking about relaxing or managing symptoms.
I’m talking about a deep recalibration — one that your nervous system and brain desperately need after surgical menopause.
I created this course because I lived what it feels like to lose your sense of self after surgery.
I know what it’s like to wake up in menopause overnight — with no roadmap, no preparation, and no language for what’s really happening inside you.
And I now understand, both personally and through the lens of neuroscience, why this kind of healing matters so much.
What Happens in the Body After Surgical Menopause
Surgical menopause isn’t gradual. It’s abrupt.
