Helping women in surgical menopause feel like themselves again.

Reclaim Your Balance: Coaching & Medical Wellness Support for Surgical Menopause

About Me

Betsy Nail is not just a coach—she is someone who has lived this journey.

At 27 years old, her life took an unexpected turn with a diagnosis of ovarian cancer. What followed was a bilateral oophorectomy and six months of intense chemotherapy—an experience that placed her into surgical menopause overnight, with no clear roadmap for what came next.

She had to figure it out the hard way.

For nearly two decades, Betsy has navigated the physical, emotional, and identity shifts that come with surgical menopause. She understands the exhaustion, the disconnect from your body, the quiet grief, and the questions that so often go unanswered.

But she also knows what it takes to rebuild—and what’s possible on the other side.

Today, Betsy is the founder of Surgical Menopause Wellness, where she helps women move from simply getting through each day… to feeling grounded, supported, and fully connected to themselves again.

Her work is different because it goes beyond surface-level solutions.

Betsy combines mindset work, nervous system healing, and holistic practices with a medical wellness approach—including functional lab testing, optional genetic testing, and peptide therapy—to help uncover what your body truly needs to heal and thrive.

This is where emotional healing meets real, personalized physiology.

Through her programs, women learn how to:

Regulate their nervous system and reduce overwhelm

Rebuild trust with their bodies

Restore energy and resilience

And create a new, sustainable version of wellness that actually works for their life

Her approach is deeply personal, rooted in lived experience, and designed for women who are ready for more than just “coping.”

Women who find Betsy often feel an immediate sense of relief—like they’ve finally found someone who understands both the science and the emotional weight of this journey.

If you’ve been trying to piece this together on your own…

If you’ve been told “this is just how it is”…

Or if you feel like something is still missing in your healing—

You’re not wrong. And you’re not alone.

Working with Betsy is about finally having a path forward—one that supports your body, your mind, and your future.
